What we thought

Chris

"This game is without a doubt my favourite game on the NES. Its completely unique in the fact that you don't jump, you can only grapple and swing. This makes you have to really think about where you're swinging and forces you to look at new ways of movement. The game also gives you a lot of choices, with you able to make decisions on weaponry, equipment, consumables, and which routes you want to take. One of the best games of all time, I think it easily stacks up to many other classics such as Mario and such."

"I'm very much in agreement with Chris here. The game has a bit of everything in it really, its polished, includes more storytelling than is usual for the time and its original and unique on top of that. Its also a very respectable length, a lot of the games from this era only had five or six levels but these major NES releases of the time often have fifteen odd levels! One of the best releases of 1988 hands down."
