What we thought

"I really enjoyed the experience of playing this game, I loved the game play, I loved the music, and I loved the presentation which was fantastic across the board. To be honest I felt that Rich was even being a bit harsh on the graphics as well, sure they're a bit garish at times but I feel this fits in well with the Gremlins theme. I'm giving it the full 5/5"

"I really like this game, I feel like its quite a unique game, I think the run n' gun elements are quite well done themselves, with a lot of fast and fluid game play and shops to power up your character, but then you've got the platforming elements on top of that that I think give the game its unique feeling. In criticism I feel like for a game with passwords its a little short, I think if it was slightly easier, but slightly longer it would be a more accessible game. Where it comes to presentation this is as good as a NES game can get, it has an excellent intro and ending as well as constant intermission screens showing the plot of the movie. The music is fantastic and graphically its very reasonable, with the background animations being especially nice"
