What we thought

"I really enjoyed the game. I liked the game play and the artwork and music was excellent too, it had a great soundtrack and the music constantly changed whilst the levels were moving on. Whilst I can see that it might not be the easiest game to pick up and play (largely due to its arcade heritage), I personally had no major problems in this regard either."

"This is technically quite an impressive game for the time that really showed off the hardware. You've got some massive sprites here which move in a very dynamic way in some cases (such as the vines which throw you around), and there must be a lot of physics in the game for the time. The main notable element of the game play I think must be its grappling mechanics, allowing you to climb around the stages, very cool. On the negative side this is very much a brutal arcade game and it can be inaccessible and unfair at times, but for me this is countered by its rewarding game play, the more that you play it the more you appreciate it.
