What we thought

Chris

"The game is a bit generic and its just too easy, they give you too many lives, too many continues and too many health pick-ups. The gameplay is also a bit unoriginal and some elements, such as the lifting and throwing mechanic are under-utilised. I do like the 2-player feature but for the time it was released there's just not enough else here for me to give it a positive score."

"I think this is a solid game, I mean, Konami always create quality products and whilst this obviously isn't anywhere near their most notable games its still a very polished release. The game is fast and responsive, there's a nice 2-player option (one of its biggest selling points) and I like the inclusion of a double jump to the gameplay. As Chris has said though the game is too easy, and its easy to the extent that you can blunder through the game at times with little practice (at least until you reach the final level). It's a fun game but I feel there needed to be much more to the game given the lateness of its release, there's just not a whole lot of originality in the level designs. Probably better suited to younger players to be honest."
