"I'm a big fan of this game. The game play is very action-packed even compared to some console games, and it even manages to have tons of sprites and bullets on the screen with only a little slow down and no sprite flicker, in fact I think its one of the best programmed games on the Spectrum as there's very little colour clash here too. The game is also quite original, with its shield mechanic where you have to turn your shield on and off as it powers down whilst seaching for charge points, I don't think I've ever seen this done anywhere else. On top of that the game has multiple routes, and there are other elements like points multipliers when you shoot enemies multiple times in a row. The Spectrum itself was really starting to show its age by this time and the game's lack of music and simplistic graphics really don't stand up to what its rivals were doing at the time, but its uniqueness I think elevates it up to a 4/5 "
